HEAT TREATING AND ANNEALING
We use electrically heated ovens with a maximum temperature of 2200F with choice of air cooling or rapid water quench. Oven dimensions 72″x72″x140″ and 43″x70″x123″.
WELDING AND WELD PREP
We offer GTAW, GMAW, and SMAW welding services and can meet ASME Section IX specifications.
SANDBLASTING
We use garnet media with a 3-4mil. surface profile.
RADIOGRAPHIC TESTING
We offer informational radiographic testing with visual reports provided.
PICKLING
We us a hydrofluoric and nitric acid solution for pickling.
